Terms of service

Who this is between

These terms are between Even Panel ("we") and the company that buys a subscription ("you"). The person who accepts them at checkout confirms they can bind the company.

They cover evenpanel.com, the app, the careers sites and handbooks we host for you, and our support.

Your subscription

You pay for a plan by the month or the year. Each plan includes a number of interviews a month; extra interviews are billed at the published price up to the cap you set. Prices are on the pricing page.

Dodo Payments sells the subscription to you as merchant of record and handles tax and invoices.

You can cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part periods unless the law requires it.

Your data

You own everything you put in: ladders, kits, requisitions, candidates, feedback and decisions. We use it only to run the service for you, as the data processing agreement says.

We don't train AI models on your data, and we don't let our providers do so.

AI and hiring decisions

Even Panel supports decisions; people make them. AI drafts, extracts evidence and checks feedback. It never decides who is hired.

You are responsible for how you use the output, including notices and audits that hiring laws in your locations require (for example NYC Local Law 144 or the EU AI Act).

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, discriminate unlawfully, upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or get around plan limits.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk. We'll tell you why and work with you to fix it.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available around the clock and tell you ahead of planned maintenance. Support is by email at support@evenpanel.com.

Liability

Draft: limits of liability, warranties and indemnities to be written with counsel.

Ending the agreement

When your subscription ends you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep (for example invoices).

Changes

We'll give you 30 days' notice of material changes by email and in the app.
